Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after recieving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you recievd it. Unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. you'll also need the reciept or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted , it is recommended to use royal mail signed for as proof, and send back to us at your own cost.
once the return is recieved and accepted we will refund any posted charges.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Any returns lost in the mail service are not the responsibility or liability of
NW Scents.
It is you the consumer that must file a claim with the courier service you use. you can alsways contact us for any return questions at

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order once recieved and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or recieved the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, eg custom products such as special orders or personalised items.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, it is recommended you use royal mail signed for as proof, once the return is accepted we will refund any postage charges.
Then order the item you want.
Refunds
We will notify you once we recieved and inspected your return. We will let you Know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on you original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card campany to process the refund.
